SAP IBP/S&OP Product Owner/Application Manager - Montréal - Hybride

Our client who is in business for more than 50 years is seeking an Application Manager with knowledge of the SAP IBP/APO and OTC modules. The individual will be responsible for the overall execution of demand planning, supply planning, limited capacity planning and integrated business planning and will take over all related projects from start to finish. A functional/business experience is therefore essential to have a good understanding of the different modules involved.

Most of all, we are looking for a true leader who can build a team, good communication, easy to work with with experience dealing with stakeholders and higher management, have experience leading and managing employee profiles. A strong experience in delivering IT solutions is key (SAP is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a product owner and lead a team of functional analysts and consultants.

• Manage employee profiles

• Work jointly with the various stakeholders and project managers.

• Plays a key role in drawing up the roadmap for projects in the areas under his responsibility.

• Lead Agile and Waterfall projects

• Act as a project manager (budget, expenses, supervision, advisor, etc.).

• Conflict resolution

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or business administration.   An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

• Certification (PMP, Agile)

• Project Management

• SAP APO/IBP/DP (Demand Planning) nice to have

• Ability to develop partnerships between the business and technology sectors

• Ability to communicate with senior management

• Bilingual preferred (French/English spoken and written)
