IT Project Manager – Supply Chain and Finance Applications

Permanent position in Montreal - Hybride

 

The IT Program Manager acts as a strong business partner, representing IT strategy and projects, and ensuring IT alignment for North American supply chain and finance. The ideal candidate will oversee leading local projects, regional projects, teams, delivery and budget. Collaborate with domain teams to drive project success.​​​This role will advance standards for agile project delivery within the Supply Chain & Finance domain and may include hybrid and traditional waterfall project types, depending on scope. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure execution of standard project documents, functional scope, technical design, integration models and data analysis as planned

  • Project budgeting and tracking using standard contract staff rate tables summarizing all areas

  • Capacity planning aligned with domain lead and B2B policies

  • Resource allocation plan with field leadership

  • Project task plan with resource models and milestones

  • Ownership of L'Oréal project accounting artifacts, SOWs, purchase orders and capital requirements

  • Regular budget tracking, including timesheet reconciliation, billing and balances. Periodic Status reporting to project stakeholders and IT leadership

  • Provide budget surplus for projects directly managed by contractors. (according to LUSA Budget Management Guidelines)

  • Local responsibility for managing the project

  • Primary responsibility for portfolio structure, PMO standards and practices

  • Coordinate deployment of core models within the control area with the central team

  • Apply regional IT and B2B policies and alignment frameworks to your work

  • Reporting to the Supply Chain & Finance Team's Project Delivery Office Leader

 

Technical Skills

  • At least 6 years of work experience in Information Systems

  • PM Certification preferred, not required

  • Background in Project Management, SAP, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Logistics a plus

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills

  • Strong time organizational/an analytical and management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments

 

Management Skills:  Teamwork, Service Orientation, Commitment Management, Project Management, IT Methodologies, External Resource Management (outsourcing experience)

 

Interpersonal Skills: Interviewing, Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities. English, French preferred, Interpersonal Relations, Professional attitude, Innovation /Creativity, Flexibility / Adaptability to Change, Consulting, Problem Solving / Troubleshooting, Active Listening
