Alain is the founder of AGIT Group Staffing. He is a dynamic professional with 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and SAP/IT recruitment industry.

 

Throughout his career, Alain has held several IT related positions from Account Management/Senior SAP/IT recruiter to VP of Business Development working with most of the technology on the market. Being someone who strongly believes in customer relationship, he always put a lot of energy and focus on customer satisfaction, which is one of the reasons why his customer retention has always been amazing.

 

Alain is someone who cares about people, he brings a human touch in his day-to-day activities with his clients, whether they are companies seeking to hire talent or professionals looking for an advice or a new opportunity. The word '' employee '' is not part of his vocabulary, he prefers to use '' contributor '' because people who  work for employers really contribute to their success. Although knowledge is very important, Alain believes that the attitude of the candidates is essential to last in this business. As Simon Sinek once said, '' You don't hire for skills, you hire for attitude. You can always teach skills ''

 

When people ask him why he founded  the AGIT Staffing Group , his answer is simple; ''I have been in the recruitment industry for several years and wanted to bring a human touch by helping people who want to reach and surpass their goals''.
